About Harold Niman
Named Toronto's best divorce lawyer by Toronto Life Magazine in 2009, Harold is one of the most frequently recommended lawyers in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. His practice includes the drafting of domestic contracts and claims related to all aspects of marriage or cohabitation, separation and divorce, including complex financial matters, custody litigation, and mobility cases. Harold has extensive trial experience and has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He was also appointed as a founding dispute resolution officer by the Family Law Division of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Harold is a former instructor and lecturer for the Ontario Bar admission course and has contributed to the Intensive Family Law and Trial Practice programs at Osgoode Hall Law School.
